Bwyd Da Bangor are looking to recruit an experienced Sous\2nd Chef to join our team.
Ideally you will have experience of working in busy kitchens with fresh, seasonal, organic produce and have the ability to lead the team in the Head Chefs Absence.
This is a salaried position paying £24k per annum. You will be expected to work no more than 45 hours per week with any additional hours being paid at a set hourly rate.
At present the kitchen is open from 7-4pm Monday- Saturday although we will be looking to offer evening service two evenings a week over the coming months.
